1. How Do You Sell Dresses at Such Low Prices?
    DressesABC.com is able to offer its dresses online 50% - 80% off retail prices for 2 key reasons.
    --- We operate with lower overheads than a local retail store. We do not need to rent a store, employ sales staff or an alterations department.
    --- Our dresses come directly from the our own factory and some manufacturers that we cooperate with. We do not use third party sources.

3. How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
We do have free fabric swatches available, such as satin, chiffon and Tulle, but you will also need to pay the shipping cost which is only $20.00. If you need a fabric swatch, please contact our customer service firstly.

4. How do I decide what size to order?
    You can choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements. Please view our Size Chart on the page of product. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure.
    Even if there is some fluctuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification or alteration. The modification or alteration can be made by your local tailor.

5. About Zipper versus Lace-up closure:
    We normally suggest our customer to use lace-up closure as it allows at least 5 cm as size tolerance in case of any inaccurate measurement or small size deviation regarding different styles.(eg, strapless style needs the tighter measurement while others might be different). So, the benefit with lace-up closure is to largely avoid the afterwards trouble or complaint towards size unfitting issue especially in the international order.
    Only when customer clearly knows how to measure and decide to take the zipper, can we make the zipper for them based on accurate measurement and communication to make sure the right size.
    So, this is our suggestion to you as well as our target is the same. If some customers really decide to take the zipper, then we of course can provide zipper as well.

Standard Shipping Delivery time is between 5 - 8 days Free Shipping to all major destinations, it is free shipping but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping. The shipping costs differ from item to item, but for the free shipping items standard shipping order will get a 100% discount on shipping costs.
Expedited Shipping Delivery time is between 2 - 4 days to all major destinations, the fastest shipping method worldwide. Different items have different shipping costs, but all expedited shipping order will get a 50% discount on shipping costs.
